LOffice will open in 40 point type, line spacing 4.0 or more. see example given

Steps to Reproduce:
1.in example 1, I copied an email into the huge writer and see the excessively large line spacing and regular font size
2.in example 2 I copied your intructions and you see regular line spacing 1 and +/- 11 font size
3.

Actual Results:  
after the Russians hacked US internet users since about 10-19-16, all new libreoffice docs open oversized and I cannot get them to resize them to resize smaller 

Expected Results:
since about 11-1-16, I have been forced to go to an old libreoffice doc, then open it and write my document there or resort to use of a non - libreoffice system

You need to be clearer about your bug report. This is impossible to follow - also please keep out superfluous stuff (links to aclu.org, comments like "after the Russians hacked...." this is all entirely irrelevant to the bug. Please just type detailed reproducible steps that are clean and clear.

Copied from what email? Into what huge writer document? Into a blank document? What are you copying exactly? Body of text in an email? Attachment from an email?

Copied our instructions? What does this mean? From where to where? From an internet browser (if so, which internet browser)? From email? (if so how do you access your email, internet browser or an email client?
