Formula and screenshot of rendering

Open attached file and look how the formula in the top left corner is rendered.

I have an own build, which gives a wrong rendering with this formula (screenshot in the file). I don't know whether there is something wrong with my build or with the settings in "instdir", or if it is really a problem in master. So if you have a current own build, please have a look.

I build with cygwin MSVC 2013 on Windows 7, 32 bit.

I have found, that the problem is in the initial value of the option "Use OpenGL for all rendering". It is initially checked although the info text is "GL is currently disabled". It seems to be a somehow mixed state in the beginning.

If I uncheck the option and restart LibreOffice, then the rendering is OK. It stays correct, if I enable the option later. The text "GL is currently disabled" is always there, whether the option is checked or not.

Hi Regina,

No such behaviour with
LO 5.4.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 5903235d57acb13d9d5286d23b443a01aeab9a3c
CPU Threads: 2; OS Version: Windows 6.1; UI Render: default;

Under Windows 7 Home.
"Use OpenGL for all rendering" checked or not, GL inactive
and restarted LibreOffice.

Recent TB42 builds of master with and without OpenGL enabled. No issue with rendering the formula, either to Writer canvas as OLE or in the Formula editor.

{ f(x)=-size*0.8{1 over 2}x^2+3 x}

Thanks for testing. So it seems to be something special in my environment. I'll close issue.
