Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibO-Dev
2. Create New Writer Document
3. Open Side Bar
4. Crick a properties icon(not spanner icon)

Format, Styles, Header, Footer has not KeyID.

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64
Version: 5.4.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

I don't have these in Properties deck. Can you include a screenshot?

Your screenshot is quite weird.
On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I get this when clicking on "Page" not on "properties".
Anyway, I got all the keyid in properties or page panel.

I think so too.
LibO 5.3.0.1 (x64)/Windows10 is "Page".

I thought there was a possibility of a profile problem, I tried using a new profile.
Then it became "Page".
I do not know the cause...
(customize? but it should not be customized.)
