Start Center

Installed LO 5.3.0.1 on a Windows 10 x64 Russian. When installed, had chosen to install both Russian and English UI. After installation, in settings - languages, selected English UI.

Now the Start Center still shows its greeting in Russian; and File-Exit LibreOffice menu item is in Russian, too.
