(no idea why your 4104 shows something different, by the way ;) )
There is one UI flaw here as it is possible to enter either percentages or points. If you manually enter size and add "pt" ("24 pt" for example) the size will be that absolute value, but this is very hard to discover for a user (I just tried it by trial-and-error).

I 'just' know it because I've read it somewhere.. What about a popup on the size box, for the condition that a percentage is shown?
