Description:
There seems to be a 2-4 second delay before the right click menu appears if LibO is started for the first time after a system reboot (or logout, didn't test). There is no right click delay when closing and re-launching the same version in the same session. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Writer after booting the system (didn't test logging out login in)
2. Wait till Writer fully launched
3. Right click on the document; delay..

Actual Results:  
There is a (2-5 sec) delay when opening the right click menu 

Expected Results:
No delay
