Description:
"Get help online..." does not launch Chromium and not visit ask.libreoffice.org.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LibreOffice from terminal emulator: ./instdir/program/soffice
2. click "Help" -> "Get help online"


Actual Results:  
nothing happens, and following error message is shown in the terminal emulator (When LANG=ja_JP.utf-8): "gvfs-open: http://hub.libreoffice.org/forum/?LOlang=ja: 場所を開く際にエラー: HTTP のエラー: METHOD NOT ALLOWED"
(When LANG=C) "gvfs-open: http://hub.libreoffice.org/forum/?LOlang=en: error opening location: HTTP ????: METHOD NOT ALLOWED"

Expected Results:
Chromium is launched and shows a page of ask.libreoffice.org.

The Chromium is launched by "Help" -> "Send Feedback..." or "Help" -> "User Guides...".

When I enter the URL  of error message  (e.g. http://hub.libreoffice.org/forum/?LOlang=ja) to the Chromium, I can see a page of ask.libreoffice.org.

I did not reproduce it in master development version.

1. Select [Help]-[Get help online...]
2. Firefox start and "hub.libreoffice.org/forum/?LOlang=ja" open
3. Redirect to "https://ask.libreoffice.org/ja/questions/"

Thank you for your reply.

I found that my default web-browser setting had been failure and that caused such unexpected situation.
I fixed the setting and "Get Help Online" can launch my web browser.
I'm sorry, it was not a bug.
