Hello! 

LibreOffice 5.3.0.3. I can't see the icon.
Go to help from Drop Down 
1.choose Impress. Then type Pointer in search and enter 
2.choose Calc. Then type Navigator.

Confirmed, but only with Galaxy icon set.

Next to Data sources there is also:
D'oh! You found a bug (text/swriter/01/03100000.xhp#steuerzeichen not found).
