Фрагмент сгенерированного файла

Из базы данных правовой информации сгенерирован документ в rtf-формате (в приложении часть таблицы из этого файла, т.к. сам файл очень большой, в упакованном виде - 500к). Открывается файл очень долго, порядка 30 минут, но еще и таблицы отображаются не правильно (пример в приложении). В MS Word файл открывается быстро и с правильным отображением всех частей документа. Помогите решить проблему.
