Hi,
on Windows 7 64-bit using Firefox 51 64-bit I visited LibreOffice download page at: https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/

Web page incorrectly recognized my browser as 32-bit offering me "Windows x86" instead of "Windows x86_64".

P.S. I have visited the same page on my Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit and it correctly recognized "Linux x86_64 (deb)"

Thanks for reporting the bug.
Could you please follow these steps and copy the result?
1. Go to https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/
2. Press Ctrl + u
3. Search for "For commercial support around LibreOffice see" and copy the text above it. It should look something like:

So it correctly recognizes you have a x64 machine. However, by default, it's set to redirect win 64 machines to the 32 build.
