Description:
Condition Formatting Notebookbar LibreOffice Calc does not work

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Calc
2. Try to click Conditional Formatting 

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens. 

Expected Results:
Conditional Formatting  should be activated. 


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

No this is a separate issue as the button doesnt work both in any version of the notebookbar.
