I apologize for all the comments. I hit submit before I was ready to and then couldn't edit and had to just add everything as additional comments. In 5.2, I was able to set the scaling in the view settings (I think that's what it was called), but that setting is no longer there in 5.3. Now all of the graphic elements in the UI are pixelated or blurry. My display's native resolution is 3840 x 2160 and Windows has 150% scaling turned on, which actually looks nice in almost all applications.
The scaling is now done automatically: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=484390a09624f68a8dec01eb5bf06e84cdcb80f6 I am closing this as a duplicate of an issue that was previously assumed to be KDE-only. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 105489 ***
unfortunately the automatic scaling doesn't work well. Was this testing on hiDPI?

To paraphrase, say something like https://dltutuapp.com/tutuapp-download/ https://showbox.run/ https://kodi.onl/ "So what you're saying is that she was acting immature."
