Description: Case: changing the border color/line type of a specific table row. The table border setting won't apply to the top border of the selected row Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open attached file 2. Select the row containing 'Select this row' 3. Right Click -> Table Properties 4. Go to Border tab 5. Change some noticeable setting to all borders (change line Width and/or color) 6.
