Description:
There is a problem with conditional formatting at copy + paste of more than one cell on the first or unique sheet of a spreadsheet document. 
When a complete row should be copied to an other row and the first cell of the row to copy is without conditional formatting, after (standard) paste in the target row all conditional formatting is lost. This is visible via Conditional formatting -> Manage: The target row doesn't appear as area!
See attached files "altix_Nummern_klein_Rows_copied.ods" and "altix_Nummern_klein_V2_Rows_copied.ods": rows 21 in sheet "Altix I bis III" resp. "Altix IV und V"!

The problem doesn't occur on the second and following sheets.
See attached files "altix_Nummern_klein_Rows_copied.ods" and "altix_Nummern_klein_V2_Rows_copied.ods": e.g. row 9 sheet "Altix n und nb"!

It also not occurs when only single cells are copied with (standard) paste and with "Paste special" ("Inhalte einfügen"), when all except formats is pasted. One can use this as workaround.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open one of the files "altix_Nummern_klein.ods" or "altix_Nummern_klein_V2.ods" from the attached zip-File
2. go to the first sheet ("Altix I bis III" resp. "Altix IV und V") 
3. insert a row before row 21
4. copy row 20 and paste it to row 21

Actual Results:  
Color of cell B21 is black, cell B21 is missing in the area of Conditional formatting (Conditional formatting -> Manage)

Expected Results:
- Row 21 should look like row 20, that means color of cell B21 should be red because of conditional formatting
- cell B21 should appear in the area of Conditional formatting (Conditional formatting -> Manage)
