Description Olivier Hallot 2017-03-04 17:05:35 UTC
The current script bookmark.sh extract bookmarks from XHP files quite simplistically, by calling bookmark.xsl transformation.and generation a simple <ul> list (1 level)

It will be nice to group bookmarks as in the current Helpcontent2, with 2 levels.

e.g.
Level1.1
   Level 2.1
   Level 2.2
   Level 2.3
Level2.1
   Level 2.1
   Level 2.2
   Level 2.3

or
open
   open remote files
   documents
   forms
   objects
   ....

The bookmarks are arranged in alphabetical order.
So, Do it need to be grouped by alphabets or
Lets say
A piece of html is like:

editing;captions
editing; concordance files
editing;cross-references
editing;footnotes/endnotes
editing;indexes/tables of contents
editing; index format
editing;sections
editing;table/index entries
editing;text frames

has to be arranged as
(A):
editing:
   captions
   concordance files
   ecross-references
   footnotes/endnotes
   indexes/tables of contents
   index format
   sections
   table/index entries
   text frames

or like
(B):
e:
  editing;captions
  editing; concordance files
  editing;cross-references
  editing;footnotes/endnotes
  editing;indexes/tables of contents
  editing; index format
