Description: The formatting toolbar is fully visible either in non-fullscreen windows containing only one tab or in fullscreen windows containing 2 or more tabs (each with a different Calc sheet). However, if the window is NOT fullscreen and contains 2 or more tabs, only a sliver of the bottom of the formatting toolbar is visible Steps to Reproduce: 1. In System Preferences -> Dock, select "Always" from the dropdown menu for "Prefer tabs when opening documents". 2. Launch LibreOffice. 3. Open a new Spreadsheet, make sure the window is not fullscreen. Make sure View -> Toolbars -> Formatting is Selected. Visually verify that the formatting toolbar is fully visible in the window. 4. Open another new Spreadsheet (opens in a new tab in the same window). Now only the bottom 20% or so of the formatting toolbar is visible. 5. Expand to fullscreen: the formatting toolbar is again visible. 6. Shrink to not fullscreen: the formatting toolbar is obscured again. Actual Results: Only about the bottom 20% of the formatting toolbar is visible in non-fullscreen Calc windows with 2 or more tabs in them. Windows containing only one tab or fullscreen windows display the full height of the formatting toolbar. Expected Results: The formatting toolbar should be fully visible regardless of the number of tabs a Calc window contains or whether it's fullscreen or not.
