Created attachment 131881 [details] Standard toolbar with visible Index Entry icon It seems that there is no Sifr-icated icon for "Index Entry..." in toolbars and the Insert menu (in sub-menu "Table of Contents and Index"). At least the lines are too fine/subtle compared to other Sifr icons like "Numbered list" or "Insert link". Tested with LibO 5.3.0.3
