Description:
You can define names with "?", e.g. "a?" but when you then put =a? into a cell it says Err:509 (Operator missing).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. in the name box or in the dialog "Define name", type a? and press Enter.


Actual Results:  
name is accepted

Expected Results:
error message, name not accepted


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
