Please try resetting the user profile, sometimes solves strange issues. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile Usually it's enough renaming/deleting the file "user/registrymodifications.xcu", it affects all the options in Menu/Tools/Options, and the files "user/basic/dialog.xlc" and "scrip.xlc" are overwritten, additionally custom colors in "user/config/standard.soc" are lost.
What is the help installation file you used? Please give a link to it. Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

Download this instead: http://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/stable/5.3.1/win/x86_64/LibreOffice_5.3.1_Win_x64_helppack_fr.msi *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 105338 ***
Created attachment 132201 [details] LO_files used
(In reply to mtbjoux from comment #6) > Created attachment 132201 [details] > LO_files used So it was 64-bit after all?
(In reply to Buovjaga from comment #7) > (In reply to mtbjoux from comment #6) > > Created attachment 132201 [details] > > LO_files used > > So it was 64-bit after all? YES, ALL the LO software are 64-bits version in my case. I have checked again and never downloaded any LO 32-bit software. There was no mix 32-bits and 64-bits pieces of LO software. So, the reported problem seems strange and difficult to reproduce. Does it make sense to try to spend time to this furtive bug ? May be, if at the future LO update the same symptôm does occur it will be useful to understand the issue ? May be I have not to install a new version over the existing one ? May be the best way is to fully uninstall LO software before 'updating' LO ? (I use GEEK uninstaller tool to get a full cleared uninstallation, and always do a reboot).
