RTF version of the form

LibreOffice Writer defines too big top margin (1 cm) for these imported RTF and DOC files when compared to Microsoft Word viewer and to the PDF version showing the expected layout. All "Keltainen kortti-lomake" forms available at http://www.kissaliitto.fi/lomakkeet/nayttely site and they are attached as well.
