Description:
Customise toolbars: Command „Rahmen (Umschalt zum Überschreiben)“ should be renamed to „Umrandung von Tabellen und Objekten“. Reasons:
1. It‘s more precise
2. It correspondends to the describtion of the command ("... mit der Sie die Umrandung eines Tabellenbereichs oder eines Objekts ändern können").
3. It correspondends to the name "Umrandung" in the UI.

Steps to Reproduce:
Tools => customize => add new command

Actual Results:  
Command "Rahmen (Umschalt zum Überschreiben)"

Expected Results:
Command "Umrandung von Tabellen und Objekten"


Reproducible: Always

I think "Umrandung (Umschalt zum Überschreiben)" would be better.
The information "(Umschalt zum Überschreiben)" should definitely stay.

I admit, that I have no idea about the meaning of "Umschalt zum Überschreiben".  So if it is an important information, it should be explained in the description of the command, at least in the dialog "Befehl hiunzufügen".

If you don't press Shift, the new borders are added to the old borders. If you press Shift, they replace the old ones.

Thanks. Good to know that. Now I agree that the information "Umschalt zum Überschreiben" should stay, but I also recommend to add a short description about it.

I now changed it in "Umrandung (Umschalt zum Überschreiben)".
