Description Oliver Brinzing 2017-04-16 11:31:22 UTC
renaming a copied Sheet later does not update the "Name box" list.
a save & reload cycle will fix the problem.

steps to reproduce:
- add a global named range "Test" ($Sheet1.$A$1)
- copy Sheet1 to Sheet2
- Name box will show "Test" and "Test (Sheet2)"
- rename Sheet2 To SheetX
- Name box will still show "Test" and "Test (Sheet2)"
- Selecting "Test (Sheet2)" causes an error
- save and reload spreadsheet
- Name box will show "Test" and "TestX (Sheet2)"

btw: also noticed, selecting cell $Sheet1.$A$1 will show
corresponding global named range "Test" in Name box, but
selecting a local named range will not.

different sheet names in pulldown "name field" and "insert name" dialog

I can confirm this behaviour with LO Version: 5.3.0.1 and the attached document from Oliver
Build-ID: 3b800451b1d0c48045de03b5b3c7bbbac87f20d9
CPU-Threads: 4; BS-Version: Windows 6.2; UI-Render: Standard; Layout-Engine: neu;
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); Calc: group

When I open the name field pulldown menu and select "Test (Sheet2)" the error message occurs.
Comment 6 Oliver Brinzing 2018-08-23 13:55:56 UTC
this bug is still reproducible with
lo 6.1.0.3 and Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: 991ff3d6205d8b594701c9df537cf8f0a629a92d
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default;
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); Calc: threaded

- add a global named range "Test" ($Sheet1.$A$1)
- copy "Sheet1" to "Sheet2"
- name box will only show "Test" (-> an update is missing)
- switch to print preview and back
- name box will now show "Test" and "Test (Sheet2)"
- goto "Sheet2" and select "Test" from Navigator/Name Box
- cursor will wrongly select A1 from "Sheet2" instead of Sheet1
