Document still causes crash in both normal and safe mode. Since I also had crash reported in Bug 107326, should I deinstall and reinstall LibreOffice?
Comment 3 Julien Nabet 2017-04-21 20:51:16 UTC
For the test, could you rename your LO directory profile and give a new try? (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows)

Did you install specific fonts or do you just have Windows by default fonts?

Umm, which bug?

Otherwise, from crash report, system is Windows 7 sp1 64-bit en-US with Intel G43 GPU and Intel driver 8.15.10.2302

At 5.3.2.2 we are getting the missing font rendering with the same GMA X4500 Intel GPU on Windows 10 bug 107114, and similar for AMD and Intel GPU on Windows 7 with bug 107166

Renamed LO directory profile, same crash. Fonts are Windows 7 standard.

The target system had a major hardware failure. I'm troubleshooting now but I may not be able to get it back up. I will let you know the status.

One more thing to try. If that doesn't work system cannot be fixed.

We only got this crash once: http://crashreport.libreoffice.org/stats/signature/FontList::ImplFind(rtl::OUString%20const%20&,unsigned%20__int64%20*)
So it's save to close it as RESOLVED WORKSFORME.
Thanks for retesting it...
