Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibO
2. Create Draw Document
3. Open Sidebar
4. UnDock Sidebar
5. Click Shapes
6. Open "Default"
7. Decrease height of Sidebar

Actual Results:
8. Appear two scroll bar

Expected Results:
8. scroll bar should be one

Can I heare about the location of "Shepes" in Step#5 ?
I've not find it yet.

So far it seems to appears only one scroll bar, in my environment.

Why is this an enhancement request? From the description of the issue it sounds like a straight bug.

I activated experimental features in Tools - Options - Advanced.
