outline numbering with different styles on the levels

Open attached document and export it to XHTML. Open the exported file in a browser and compare the numbering with the original document. The entire number has the style of the lowest level, whereas in the original document each level has its own style.

This is a follow up to bug 107696.

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated yesterday, I could reproduce this.

The bug is not present in Version: 6.2.0.0.alpha1+ (x64)
