Screencast (animated GIF) showing the problem
I have saved my color palette as a .soc file. When I try to load it in my new installation of LibreOffice, the new palette is shown. But when I save it with "OK" and go back to the palette settings, the old palette is there again.
I have attached a screencast (animated GIF) where I show the problem.

Thank you for reporting the bug, Stefan. It seems you're using not the latest version of LibreOffice. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
As there were many changes in the color palette in version 5.3 and therefore some open buvs, maybe you also want to test with 5.4 beta: http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86_64/LibreOfficeDev_22.214.171.124.beta1_Win_x64.msi which is coming out officially in summer 2017.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
