Description:
Hi,

I have created a Chart, but the final layout can not be saved.  Everytime I open the Chart anew, it Looks like the Default Version.

i.E. the top line was saved WHITHOUT decimal numbers

Actual Results:  
After saving changes to the chart, they are lost
