Description:
For password protected spreadheets, the enter password window doesn't appear on the screen, but silently under one of the opened minimized spreadhseets.

It even looks as if the file open was not successful, as no new window appears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I open 10 Calc spreadsheets
2. I open a 11th one, which is password protected.
3. Looks as if nothing happened. Have to go through each old Calc spreadsheet to find where the "Enter Password" window appeared

Actual Results:  
Minimized Enter Password window, under one of the minimized Calc processes.

Expected Results:
Enter Password window on the screen, that you instantly see.
