Description:
In earlier versions (e.g. 5.1.6.2)MMW had 8 steps. Now it has 5 steps only and does therefore not work any more.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Not possilbe, had to go back to 5.1.6.2

Actual Results:  
Works in 5.1.6.2

Expected Results:
Works in 5.1.6.2

Mail merge has been redesigned. Once you click on finish you can see the rest of the buttons on the toolbar. Closing a RESOLVED NOTABUG
