Description tobias.fr 2017-05-26 10:32:32 UTC
Hello,

if a conditional text contains a date, the text will disapper.
Let the condition be "("B" == "A") OR ("B" == "B") OR ("B" == "C")", the THEN text "true-case 02.04.2017" and the ELSE text "06.12.2013 false-case" nothing will be displayed. If the THEN text is changed to "true-case" the text appears. The same goes for the ELSE case when the condition is modified to be false.

"31.12.2017" is the common format for a date in Germany.

Greetings

Changing "A"=="B" or "A"=="A" with date either in 12/12/2017 or 12.12.2017 format gives correct result.

I have this issue in Writer 5.3.2.2 release x64 and 5.4.0.0 beta x64 on my german Win 7 SP 1 x64 system.
Neither the print preview nor an exported PDF shows text in cases where a date like 01.06.2016 is inside.

I installed LibreOffice on my PC at home with a german Win 10 x64 (fresh install, this PC never saw it before) and here the issue is also present.

Hello,

it is not the date that is the problem, but a dot "." within a text which causes the issue.

Greetings
