Windows 10 OS with latest intel 7 processor Kaby Lake.
LibreOffice will not display menu bar. I have tried to downgrade, reset profile and use latest 5.3 release; none of them work.

The Menu bar is well formed, at full screen or as frame.
Please try whether disabling of OpenGL solves your problem. If yes, then it is likely a duplicate of bug 107764.
You can access the Options dialog by shortcut key Alt+F12, then LibreOffice, category View, section Graphics Output.
Thank you Regina
Spent hours trying to get Libreoffice to work. Could find no information searching the net. The shortcut key Alt+F12 and then turning off OpenGL worked. Had to tab my way around the screen and use the spacebar to toggle the option off. The menu bar is now visible.
I have looked at bug 107764 and I would agree that it is a duplicate.
