Windows 10 OS with latest intel 7 processor Kaby Lake.
LibreOffice will not display menu bar. I have tried to downgrade, reset profile and use latest 5.3 release; none of them work.

Can not reproduce. Windows 10 Home 64-bit en-US, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit en-US with

The Menu bar is well formed, at full screen or as frame.

Please try whether disabling of OpenGL solves your problem. If yes, then it is likely a duplicate of bug 107764.

You can access the Options dialog by shortcut key Alt+F12, then LibreOffice, category View, section Graphics Output.

Spent hours trying to get Libreoffice to work. Could find no information searching the net. The shortcut key Alt+F12 and then turning off OpenGL worked. Had to tab my way around the screen and use the spacebar to toggle the option off. The menu bar is now visible.

I have looked at bug 107764 and I would agree that it is a duplicate.
