Description:
I'm getting error when i try to open LibreOffice. I also got the same error when i try to open version 5.4.0.0.alpha1+

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on LibreOffice or any application in it
2.Error message pops up

Actual Results:  
Error message pops up

Expected Results:
open the LibreOffice

Please cite the error message.
Which Windows version do you use?
Do you use a default or an "administrative" installation of LibreOffice?
Do you have already tested, whether a new user profile solves the problem?
