Problem came up after installing Version 5.3.3 (Document was written under 5.3.2 and often used without any Problem). There begins a curious loop, when the Document should go opened: it is mentioned as failure which can be repaired. If I click the Repair-Button, it is declared as "ready", but a short time later LibreOffice is mentioned as "Crashed". All following measures, which are proposed to repair the crash, end in the "failure, which can be repaired" - loop I described. Other documents can be opened without problems, as well as th LO-Writer or the LO-Calc. What can I do? Sincerely Yours Dr. Eberhard Blanck
If there's no confidential/private part in it, you can attach the file by using this link https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=108415&action=enter so we can try to reproduce this. You may also rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give a new try.
Created attachment 133955 [details] It is a List of our Digital Television Programs we can receive by our (cable)-provider Meanwhile I uninstalled Libre Office and installed it new. The bug changed! On my PC there are two accounts, one for internet activities and one for activities without internet. In the internet-section the bug has disappeared. In the private section, there always comes up the message "the Document DigFernProg.ods is not yet restored, but we try to restore it". If I press the Button [start], I get nearly directly the Message "ready". If I push the button [ready], the wanted action begins (opening of Libre Office, opening a calc- or text-document)Of cause, this is not fatal, but boring! Proposal(s)? E. Blanck
You said you uninstalled and installed new LO version. Did you rename your LO directory profile (as indicated in my previous comment)?
