Hi, I am using snap package in neon kde which is based on ubuntu 16.04. I can't open any file that has arabic characters.  please see the screenshot attached.

I doubt it will be solved as Canonical got rid of their only LibreOffice developer. You might want to look into Flatpak and we are getting AppImage packages soon.
