Description:
I upgrade Libreoffice to 5.3.3 with Helppack_de 
Start Libreoffice and no Text is Displayed in Programm UI, only underscore characters.
I uninstall the program and remove all Folder in %APPDATA%, %PROGRAMFILES%, %PROGRAMFILES(X86)% an registry
Same error after new installaition with 5.3.3 and 5.3.4.1.
No Error with 5.2.7_Win_x64

I try to ad screenshot.

To solve this error I tryed:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install Libreoffice 5.3.3_Win_x64 or 5.3.4.1_Win_x64
2.start Libreoffice
3.

Actual Results:  
instal Libreoffice and start.

Expected Results:

I delete all Libreoffice Folders and registry entrys
