Description:
There are quite a lot of disk queries related to python 3.5.0 when accessing Tools menu first time after launch. Not sure if it's something or not. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Launch Process Monitor with filter set to soffice.bin
3. Click on Tools in the menu

Actual Results:  
Python files are accessed quite a lot (see attachment)

Expected Results:
Probably less (???)
