Steps:
1. Open Writer
2. Open the font color split button and switch to the html palette
3. Select the last entry of the palette, MediumSlateBlue
4. Reopen the split button and though MediumSlateBlue is selected, it isnt visible as its at the end of the list

At least for gen, kf5 and gtk3 VCL plugins, resolved back in 7.0 by:
