Bug of 5.4 "Testing"-version

Options > Language Settings appeared: 
English sentence checking
Hungarian sentence checking
Grammar checking Portuguese
Grammar checking Russian

1. I did not installed Hungarian, nor Portuguese, nor Russian
(I installed English, German, Spanish, Czech)
2. Selecting each of them, to the right does not appear anything

I made a clean install with a new profile, everything is GREAT, it is wonderfull fast, no problem. Delete, please, this bug. Thank you for your work!
