Description:
Open a PPTX slide from PowerPoint, where the cell border are set to no borders. In Libreoffice the border shows

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload the attached PPTX file
2. Open in Libreoffice

Actual Results:  
Cell border is showing

Expected Results:
Cell border should not show


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Regression introduced by 3e4d2043e99201ec542186039e3be34d3c226111 which is the same as in bug 104199. Closing as RESOLVED DUPLICATED
