Description: I can not see the menu bar the first row of icons is there instead but if I click on the 1st icon row I get the drop down menus to click on the icons (like the save icon) I have to move the mouse pointer down about the space of the menu bar to get the icon. This cascades through the entire spreadsheet. click on A2 and A1 is active. etc. Writer also has this same issue with the missing menu bzr. Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
When I restarted in safe mode everything looked normal. I deleted everything in the user folder in the profile path. When I started Libreoffice the folders were recreate but, Problem still exists.

it seems like a duplicate of bug 107764. On the other hand, Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
