Description:
unable to open Microsoft PowerPoint [ .pps ] file

Steps to Reproduce:
download and open behind_the_spinning_hourglass.pps

http://tomshelppages.weebly.com/uploads/5/9/2/0/5920265/behind_the_spinning_hourglass.pps

Actual Results:  
the file does not
list in libreoffice viewer
open the document

Expected Results:
open normally

my device does not have pre-installed google services.
downloaded and installed libreoffice viewer v8 from http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/loviewer-v8_v9/

unable to open file
