opendocument [ .fodp,.fodt ] display xml code

Steps to Reproduce:
download and open
.fodp https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/sd/qa/unit/tiledrendering/data/
.fodt https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/s?path=AcceleratorKeyChecker.fodt&project=core

Actual Results:  
both display xml code

Expected Results:
display content

Are you sure you are not downloading the html file instead? could you please open the same file in the LibreOffice Desktop ?

i have again downloaded both files:

excuse for not providing correct .fodp link

both of them display endless loop on my device
