Thank you for reporting the bug. it seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

Bug is still present with 6.0.5.2
repro in Версия: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ ID сборки: 51af3179cf972809d6495c7d58033e069f647bbf Потоков ЦП: 4; ОС:Linux 4.18; Отрисовка ИП: по умолчанию; VCL: kde5; TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2019-02-01_00:15:00 Локаль: ru-RU (ru_RU.UTF-8); UI-Language: ru-RU Calc: threaded
repro in 7.0.0.0.a1+, source of evil may be similar to: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=99913#c12 maybe different representation of filtering in file disables correct values for buttons? fresh .xls file with one of three values in a column auto-filtered out, saved as .xls, re-loaded, row not shown, dropdown not active (not blue, not 'dotted') on click all three values selected, .xlsx and .xlsm formats perform better
Repro Lo 7.2+ for save as XLS, opens same in MSO and LO. Note: save to XLSX is another issue, but let's have her that if opens fine in MSO and Lo 7.1.
