Description:
Fewer colors to choose from in the Draw Color Bar

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. View -> Toolbars -> Color Bar


Actual Results:  
A small collection of colors; and no way to change that.


Expected Results:
A large set of colors to choose from (or different palettes)

The colors depend on the currently active color palette. Goto Tools > Area without having any object selected. Choose the color palette from the drop-down list. Your chosen map is "Breeze". Try "Standard" or "HTML". Do you want a huge palette? Then go with "freecolour-hlc". BTW, I put the Color Bar on top of the Page Pane; that works better for wide screen displays.
