Description:
when i open .jtt file, it displays letters, symbols, numbers, etc.,  instead of content on 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 alpha libreoffice viewer

Steps to Reproduce:
download and open  jikanwari01.jtt https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=134563&action=edit

Actual Results:  
displays letters, symbols, numbers instead of content

Expected Results:
display content
