Description:
.xls file either display is unclear or out of focus and garbage in columns on libreoffice viewer on 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 alpha versions

Steps to Reproduce:
download and open 1.XLS attachment 44347 [details]

Actual Results:  
either content out of focus and garbage in columns
please find attachments

Expected Results:
display content

fileopen test result:
