Description:
.rtf file displays xml code libreoffice viewer on 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 alpha versions

Steps to Reproduce:
open attachment abi2128.rtf http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/sw/qa/core/data/rtf/pass/

Actual Results:  
displays xml code

Expected Results:
display content

Are you sure you are not downloading the html content instead of the rtf file? What happens if you open the document in the desktop? I copied this https://raw.githubusercontent.com/qt-haiku/LibreOffice/master/sw/qa/core/data/rtf/pass/abi2128.rtf to a local document and I can see the document with

yes, you are right. indeed i have downloaded html content.
