Description: I added text rotation feature to Impress tables for MSO compatibility in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100926. Now it works only by importing text rotation from PPTX / ODP or set via API, but not available on the GUI. This text rotation is similar to character rotation (in Writer), has only two values: 90° and 270°, so we might use the same radio button design for this text rotation. The question is where this option should be added, since I can't see a suitable place in the Impress' Table Properties dialog. Steps to Reproduce: . Actual Results: No option for text rotation inside an impress table. Expected Results: We should be able to set text rotation on GUI. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.90 Safari/537.36
Please add a screeshot how it looks.

Created attachment 135411 [details] Writer > Character properties How about radiobuttons in the Character dialog like we have in Writer? And if the feature is used frequently, what I doubt, quick access with toogle buttons in an extra submenu could be handy. Though Rotate is already used for objects.
Suggestion for the UI given in c3, likely a simple easyhack.
Developer evaluation is done: not an easy hack.
