Crash occur when using menu "Sheet-Sheet events ..." or "Tools-Customize-Events ...". There is no problem to edit or modify macros. Ubuntu 14.04 LTS report an internal error but don't send bug report because Libreoffice isn't an Ubuntu official packet. On April 2017 when I create the attached file, before update of Libreoffice and Ubuntu 14.04, all was OK.

The bug appear in the following situation : 1-Open LibreOffice 2-Open a Calc workbook 3-Make a right-clic on "Feuil1" 4-Select "Sheet Events" 5-Clic "Macro..." button 6-LibreOffice immediately crash !!! 7-At restart LibreOffice ask for Calc workbook recovery 8-End With LibreOffice 5.3.5 bug don't exist with linux kernel 3.13.0.119 and less If another infos are need, I'll try to answer ... if I can. I agree, now with LibreOffice 5.4.5 and linux kernel 3.13.0-142 there isn't bug and I don't want to return back ... What status ? may be RESOLVED ? Best regards
