Description Tamás Zolnai 2017-08-12 14:04:37 UTC
Description:
In Impress I tried to set Filled or Zoomed bitmap background for a shape using area dialog, but the preview in the dialog and also the shape bakcground become empty.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Create a shape (I used rectangle)
3. Change background to a filled or zoomed bitmap (Context menu -> Area... -> Bitmap, I used "Droplets" predefined picture)

Actual Results:
No background is displayed.

Expected Results:
Some background should be displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Hmm, I tested it again on master with updated source: f70e978f4bf223d7edbb4c3a981f46938a3b3ed1

The issue is still there, so it might be a recent regression affecting later builds that you tested.

Comment 4 Jacques Guilleron 2017-08-13 17:45:27 UTC
Hi again Tamás, Telesto,

I just launched again LibreOffice without:
Use hardware acceleration
Use anti-aliasing
Use OpenGL for all rendering
and no OpenCL Option.
Same result than reported.
Even restarted in safe mode, I got the same result.
Comment 5 Xisco Faulí 2017-08-15 17:09:29 UTC
I can't reproduce it in

Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: ef2e6260fad38e26c8591ea88ded348db618270d
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.10; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user
profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile (
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?
